Thomas Samuelson

Thomas Samuelson represents business and financial services clients in litigation, transactional, and data privacy matters.

Before joining Johnston Clem Gifford, he served as associate agency counsel at a global marketing agency, where he advised on business law, intellectual property, litigation, employment law, and data privacy matters. He has litigated for and advised government entities throughout the State of Texas on matters ranging from trademark, government regulations, constitutional law, property law, employment law, and criminal law. He has also represented children in the foster care system as a member of the W.W. Caruth, Jr. Child Advocacy Clinic at SMU. Other relevant experience includes work for global technology companies, Fox Business, the US House of Representatives, and the 348th District Court of Texas.
